|Recommended: YesGreat Spot for Newcomers to SA — My partner and I just moved to San Antonio from downtown Washington, DC. We were looking for a luxury rental that was within my BAH and 1800 Broadway checked off all that we were looking for. On top of the great price and great amenities FREE PARKING, amazing pool, great grill set up, and right across from the Pearl , the leasing staff was phenomenal. My spouse and I worked with Lis, who not only managed to get our lease approved and us moved in to the apartment within 5 days, she very kindly dropped off a welcome gift. I got to meet AJ and Ashley as well, both of whom were extremely helpful. I would absolutely recommend living here
|Recommended: YesHidden Gem in the middle of San Antonio. — I moved in last week, and it was just awesome. From the application to the check in. AJ has been so helpful through the process of getting everything set up. The lease is reasonable you get what you pay , It's better to look for what you like than signing into a place that you'll regret after signing the lease. There are some construction going on around the area but you won't hear any noise once inside the units. The location is about 7 mins away to the Riverwalk, about 15 mins to Fort Sam BAMC,and 6 mins to San Antonio zoo.
|Recommended: YesLove it here — I have been so pleased with my stay here so far Management is so friendly and helpful. Maintenance issues are addressed quickly and I never hear my neighbors. Only thing I would complain about is the lack of storage inside the studio apartment. Other than that, you can’t beat the location
|Recommended: YesMove In — We moved into our new Apartment at 1800 Broadway street and we love it. The floorplan is awesome, so are the amenities. Sine we are from Germany we needed some assistance regarding lease contract, but the 1800 staff managed everything very well. The first days of living in the apartment were great. So we would recommend living here.
